Finished Quilt is 38” x 47” 
Approximant yardage for BLOCKS is pictured in photo above. 
You will also need:
1/2 yard for binding which is the last blank box on the list with 1/2 yd next to it. 
3 yards backing fabric of your choice.
2 yards batting or square bigger than 38" x 47" size of quilt.
